  1. How long does it take items to ship? Most orders will be shipped within 48 to 72 hours. This does NOT include weekends, holidays or peak sale times. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the next business day.
  2. Is there a location available to pick-up orders that have been processed? No, Snatch’D Apparel does not offer a pick-up location. All orders will be shipped via our mail courier to the address provided in your order.
  3. How do I contact Snatch’D Apparel? Please feel free to reach out to us at info@snatchdapparel.com or the contact page on our website. All emails will be returned within 24 business hours. If the item is urgent, please add URGENT to the subject line. When communicating about a specific order, please include your order number.
  4. How can I change my shipping address once my order has been placed? If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please email us as soon as possible at info@snatchdapparel.com with “Incorrect Shipping Info” in the subject line along with your order number. We will do our best to honor your request however, if we are unable to do so, we do not take responsibility for incorrect information. Please Note: once your order has shipped, we can no longer change the shipping address that was originally provided.
