Return Policy

All returns have been placed on hold until further notice due to the effects of COVID-19. Customers will be notified when the Return Policy is effective.

Snatch'D Apparel is committed to providing our customers with quality products and stellar customer service. We stand behind every product that we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a store credit in the form of a Snatch'D Apparel E-Gift Card. 

Please Note: 

  • All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Snatch'D Apparel E-Gift Card. 
  • The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Accessories
  • Bodysuits
  • Discounted, Sale or Promotional Items
  • Items with any signs of wear (i.e. deodorant, fragrance, etc.)
  • Orders placed using Store Credit
  • Snatch’D & Fit Collection Items
  • Swimwear 
  • T-Shirts
  • Washed or Worn Items
  • White Items

Returning Your Purchase:

Items purchased from Snatch'D Apparel are eligible for a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card within five (5) days of the delivery date. After the fifth (5th) day, the item(s) are considered final sale. Please email FIRST to initiate a return. Please DO NOT return any merchandise to Snatch'D Apparel without getting authorization via email to do so. Any items shipped without return authorization or outside of the guidelines set forth in the Return Policy will not be credited. Once you have received authorization, you may mail your return to:

When the original items are received, a store credit will be issued only if the item(s) returned are in their original, unworn, undamaged condition with original tags attached.

Snatch'D Apparel reserves the right to refuse any return if the item(s) do not meet the guidelines outlined above.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return to reach us may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Store Credit:

Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with details in regards to your store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for us to receive and process your return. All orders placed with store credit (E-Gift Card) are final sale.
