- All sales are FINAL.
- We will exchange damaged/defective items ONLY for the same item. If for some reason we are sold out of the damaged/defective item, then we will issue a store credit in the form of a Snatch'D Apparel E-Gift Card.
- All damages/defects must be claimed within two (2) days of receiving your items.
Snatch'D Apparel reserves the right to refuse any exchange if the item(s) do not meet the criteria outlined above.
If a store credit is issued, you will receive an email confirmation with details in regards to your store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for us to receive and process your exchange. All orders placed with store credit (E-Gift Card) are final sale.
